Today, this pepper is still grown by many locals and is what makes Captain Sorenson's Datil Pepper Hot Sauce unique from any other.

Ingredients: Tomato Concentrate, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Water, Onions, Bell Peppers, Vinegar, Hot Datil Peppers, Sugar, Garlic, Molasses, Anchovies, Tamarind, Spices, Natural Flavors, Sodium Benzoate (preservative), Salt.

    I purchased a case of Captain Sorensen’s and it arrived on time. Check. Unfortunately, one of the bottles had broken during shipping. Oops.
    I contacted HotSauce.com ‘s Customer Service and they immediately shipped a replacement bottle which arrived beautifully in tact. Check! Well done! Thank you!!

    Sauce is great. I use it on hot sandwiches and in chili. I ordered 6 and received 5 in good condition and one broken. Packaging was poorly done.

    I initially bought this because i loved the bottle. After tasting it I will definitely buy this again. It isn't as spicy as I thought it might be, but It is delicious. It's great on sandwiches and fried potato wedges and chicken strips.

    I Haven'T Been To A Firehouse Subs In Over A Year (Because I Moved Overseas) But I Remembered This Stuff Being A Little Hotter. Anyway, I Still Like It But It Is Almost More Like A Very Mildly Spiced Ketchup Versus A Hotsauce.

    Love The Sauce, Order X 24 Bottles At A Time As It Is Not Available In Aust. Service From Hot Sauce Company Outstanding, However, On Both Occasions There Have Been Broken Bottles On Arrival And At 26Aud A Bottle It Is A Problem. Please Package Suitably For International Freight.
