It was there Cajun hot sauce was born of Cayenne and Tabasco peppers, where the term 'coonass' meant French heritage and hot food.     Good hot sauce. I had their Jamaican styled Pain is Good and am further impressed by their delivery of quality spice. Enough to burn.
