Delicious... And HOT January 21, 2015
Reviewer: Paul Seifer from Baden, PA United States
I really want to really pour it on, yet doing so would be a big mistake (and I have crossed that line a time or two). You get an initial mouthful of flavor and shortly after, a fiery fist of heat (somewhat like the scorpion pepper sauces I have that come on soft and sweet, then sucker-punch you).

While not quite as drastic or immediate as Mad Dog 357 or 44 Magnum, it still has a deep, fiery burn with lasting effect. A couple times I slathered Inferno a bit too heavy on a sandwich and regretted it shortly after and later on. Eating this drop by drop on tortilla chips would be a mistake realized too late (like after the fourth one).

My conclusion: Rich in flavor and sweet like a barbecue sauce, yet must be consumed with great respect. Would love a less hot version just so that I would not have to water it down as much. But if you like the flavors of the included spices and are a former Hawaiian fire eater, I say go for it. Just be warned that this stuff is HOT, so use sparingly.

One of My Favorites! November 7, 2012
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from TX.
This is an excellent smoky flavored hot sauce that doesn't over power the taste of your food but definately kicks in the heat. Its great in chili and goes well with just about anything BBQ'd. The trick is to find just the right amount to use to give your food the kick your looking for. Its very easy to use too much! This is one of my favorite hot sauces because it goes so well with just about everything I like to cook! Especially BBQ and chili!

Unique flavor April 9, 2012

This sauce has a heavy clove taste. The heat is decent once you get past the tooth pick sample. Once you enter the teaspoon size it will linger and clear your sinuses, it is thick. Not sure what I would mix this with or add to so for me its not a favorite.

Mad Dog Inferno December 2, 2009
Reviewer: David from Hollywood, FL United States
I really enjoy this sauce. It goes great on burgers, in baked beans and a whole bunch of other foods. Experimented with it quite a bit as I do with any sauce I try. The flavor resembles worcestershire sauce a bit and the texture is kinda like steak sauce only thicker. Love the flavor and the heat. Gave it a 4-5 because it didn't compliment certain dishes. Friendly CAUTION though if you've never had a sauce that's hotter than Tabasco Brand Pepper Sauce or Tabasco Brand Habanero Pepper Sauce then I suggest trying a small amount before smothering your dish in it or you may not be able to eat your food taste and heat wise. Try a dab on the end of a toothpick and analyze how spicy it is to your palate. Like the label says "Watch out! It bites back!". Going to try Mad Dog Inferno Reserve soon!
