Not very hot but insane flavour!
Wish it was a hotter sauce needs turned up a notch. Even though its not very hot its a nice good sauce would buy it by the gallon.

Spiced Pear with Mild Heat
This stuff has a unique spiced pear like fruity flavor. It goes incredibly well with pork and is very tasty. It loses a star for the lack of heat though. For a sauce containing Fatalii, Trinidad Yellow 7-Pot, Yellow Bhut Jolokia and Yellow Scorpion there is next to no heat! There is a slight after-burn, however I'd categorize the heat as mild at best.
