Very nice sauce. Sweet pineapple forward flavor then the heat kicks in. Label says scorpion pepper as 2nd ingredient. Also, bhut jolokia, Trinidad 7 pot and fatalli peppers. You can taste some rice vinegar as well. Used it to spice up some tacos.
I found this locally at a Safeway in Colorado Springs, more creamy then runny is the only way I can describe the consistency but overall not bad. The pineapple kind of overpowers the ginger and other ingredients which is why I gave it 4 stars. Its like a satanic reversed sour patch kid, first its sweet then its hot after a few seconds. Heat isn't bad at all once you get over the initial bite.
