Fruit, with the mildest possible sting
This is an interesting sauce--it's very, very apple forward. If you like the taste of Granny Smith apples (and I do), this sauce will absolutely remind you of biting into one. There's very little sting to this sauce. I haven't found a good pairing with it yet--I'm leaning toward putting it in a sauce on fried tofu or in my tuna salad sandwiches. If you want something strongly fruity, with just the tiniest possible sting, this is your sauce.

Nice flavor...
I was hoping for a little more green apple sour kick up front had a little more heat in the end. I bought for my daughter who doesn't like too much heat so it's perfect for her. I would recommend this for newbies looking to expand their palates with unique heat and flavor combinations.
