    Lightly sweet with medium heat. It is good on eggs and hash browns. Wish it was hotter.

    Love this sauce, sweet ion the palette, very fruity with a pretty good rise intensity, easily mellowed. Combines very very well with sour cream and mayo for just about anything. Not so intense you can’t use it directly but it does have some smack if you savor it.

    My personal favourite of 'The Angry Goat Pepper Co' sauces. I've tried all their fruit sauces and the Armadillo sauce.
