Nicely Surprised
I was pleasantly surprised when I bought this sauce. I found it at my local grocer, and bought it on a whim after seeing that unlike most grocery store hot sauces, it had no vinegar in it. The flavor is robust, with the habanero's piquant taste coming thru very well, as you would expect from a traditional hispanic branded hot sauce. The texture is a nice, almost chunky, yet velvety smooth mouth feel. The heat comes and goes fairly quickly, with little to no aftertaste remaining a few minutes later. Perfect for fajitas, it pairs nicely with beef dishes and tequila with lime. I will definitely buy this sauce again. Overall, a decent 7 out of 10 for heat, and 7 out of 10 for flavor as well.

Best Every Day Sauce
I Carry Little Bottles Of This Around In My Car, Bag, Etc. It'S Significantly Hotter Than The Stuff They Serve At The Table But Its Not So Hot That It Makes Eating Lunch A Challenge. I Also Like It Because It Doesn'T Have Overpowering Flavors Like Vinegar, Citrus, Or Cinnamon. What Taste You Get Is Fresh Like Jalapeno/Cilantro. A Mild Taste With Good Heat.
