All orders are processed and shipped, provided all items are currently in stock, typically within 24 to 48 hours of receiving payment. Any out of stock notices will be emailed within 24 hours. Any special order items such as Hot Sauce Collectibles and Private Reserve Items, due to their limited production and scarcity, may take longer to acquire and ship.
Do you ship to my country?
HotSauce.com ships to MOST countries in the world via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Global Express International, with insurance and tracking. To confirm that your country is one that we deliver to, please create an account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site. During sign up we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not listed in the drop down menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment method choices?
During the checkout process you may choose from any of our current payment options (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Google Checkout) to place your order. Please note that we cannot process or ship your order until the payment portion of your order has been completed. HotSauce.com also accepts credit cards from foreign banks as long as they fall under the accepted cards brands (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).

HotSauce.com ships hot sauces and fiery foods internationally almost on a daily basis. Shipping is automatically calculated via Real Time from the USPS servers prior to submitting your payment information. To calculate the most accurate and exact shipping charges to your country and specific address, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered all Shipping Method choices and their prices.
