Very good to have on eggs and an overall flavor enhancer. It's strength is its flavor and it smells really good when you open the bottle. Not overly hot, but adds another dimension flavor wise.

We love this stuff. Goes great with all kinds of things but our favorite is adding it in when sauteing shrimp. Don't let the XX rating fool you (my kids put this on their eggs for breakfast) but there is a decent amount of heat to go along with the amazing flavor.
