The first taste was a little different because I have never had a hot sauce with mustard and ginger in it. Not too hot, comfortable heat...i could finish the whole bottle kinda heat. Tastes good...I tested it on egg rolls..crackers...and the good ol spoon...i give it a thumbs up....would be good with some grilled chicken or dip your sandwich in it!
