What Tabasco Should Be But Isn't |

This is a powerful sauce, much hotter than Tabasco and with a stronger pepper flavor but still subtle enough to use as a general additive with fish or other mild foods. At the same time it is excellent for turning up the heat in chile or barbecue sauce. It normally requires only drops and the little bottle lasts a long time. I would put this in the 4-flame category.
