great combo of flavor and heat. Most sauces that are this hot do not taste near as well as mongoose.

My experience with the Mongoose |

Ok.. so having been fed chilis since I was in the womb (I am of Indian descent and my parents from Fiji Ilsand.), I am accustomed to eating hot stuff and over the years have built quite a nice tolerance.
After watch the vid on this site, I decided to take the plunge and try this out, the guy in the vid tries only a speckle amount on a cracker and he makes it out to be like his mouth is on fire.. not quite what it did for me.. I tried the same amount on a taco chip and it literally had no effect.. the taste was nice however, something of a mango flavor.
The next day I tried this stuff on spaghetti but spread it all over and mixed it in thoroughly. After eating a few bites, my burn started kicking in.. the NOS was on full... and I literally started sweating.. 10 mins. later.. still sweating... but the burn had dissipated. All in all.. good stuff.. it's all relative to the amount that goes in the food.. I think next I'm gonna try the Black Mamba to see how it compares.

It's a bit pricey, but that's because it will last you a very long time. I tried the rival the black mamba and still can't decide which is hotter. This is tasty because it has my favorite chili in it. The Fatali baby. The Fatali is as hot as a habanero but has a wonderful fruity taste off the bat. That's why this sauce is so good. Then the ghost chili and extracts will bring you down to your knees. It's damn hot and maybe CaJohn's hottest. I have a lot of his sauces. Almost half of the bottle is gone from over 9 months of having it, and I'm still loving every tasty, fiery, bit of it!

I was expecting this sauce to be comparable to Mad Dog 357 pepper extract in terms of the heat, but it is nowhere close. It is hyped up to be super hot in the ads, but the $10 five ounce bottle of Blairs Ultra Death sauce I bought was considerably hotter than Mongoose. Mongoose is comparable to Tabasco Habanero sauce in terms of heat, but does have a pretty good flavor.

Very hot, but excellent taste |

This tastes more like peppers than it does a sauce. Adds flavor to food instead of masking it with extract bitterness. Very, very good flavor. The burn is pretty intense and certainly puts a fire in the belly but this stuff is all about flavor. Did I mention that it tastes really good?
