A mustard-based hot sauce with lots of heat! This is the hottest mustard I've tried next to Crazy Jerry's Mustard Gas. It's not quite as dry as regular mustard, but then again, this is NO regular mustard! While the heat is really good, the flavor is just okay. I wasn't too impressed with the overall flavor, but I still enjoyed it. If you're a fan of hot mustards, you need to try this one out. Mad Dog has done it again - this time in the form of mustard!

Mad Dog does it again. I really like this as a mustard sub. In looking at the ingredients I can't find an explanation as to the slight sweetness though. A little "drier" and I would have rated it 5 peppers as opposed to 4. But still, I recommend this to all us chili heads who love hot mustards!
