The heat rating this sauce was given is a little misleading. It has a great flavor though and is super versatile especially if you are a fan of mustards. If you want the lava in a bottle experience I suggest adding Blair's Golden Death to it. The flavors pair really well. I mixed these two together to make a fiery honey mustard sauce and it was a huge success.
