That's why we created Iguana Mean Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, which features a very delicate balance between the moderate heat of the jalapeño pepper and its unique, fresh, "grassy" flavor. Hot n' tasty is where it's at: the first wave of flavor here is the fabulous onion, garlic and jalapeño blend, followed a few seconds into the wave with a perfect dose of jalapeño heat. Iguana Mean Green rules in all seafood, chicken and pork dishes, not to mention eggs, beans and rice, soups, chili and in marinades for the grill.

    The best Jalapeno sauce!

    This is my favorite Jalapeno sauce I have ever had. It's a very rich, full, complex flavor, considering it tastes mostly like jalapeno. I usually don't like the flavor of jalapeno, even though the heat is about right. This sauce really nails it though. If you want it to be hotter, just dallup it on. The flavor is so good you can add a ton of it. I have a hard time identifying what makes this flavor so good because I generally do not enjoy jalapenos. It might turn you around though. It did me. A must try sauce for flavor and my favorite heat level (mild with a little, biting with a lot).

    Very Mild On Heat And Lots Of Great Jalepeno And Citrus Flavor. A Really Nice Saltiness Too That Makes You Wanna Lick Your Lips After. Goes Great On Tacos. In Fact I Order Tacos Without Sauce So I Can Use This Instead.
