1. Use your full name and the full name of the recipient. The mail must be addressed to someone specific.
2. Include the unit and APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office) address with the nine-digit ZIP Code™ (if one is assigned), and complete phone number.

  1. Enter "AE" in the if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East.

APO/FPO Note: Following these steps will ensure that you're charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or Global Express for International orders. We estimate 5 to 10 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days depending on homeland security, postal miss-routings etc...If you can ship to a USA address via FEDEX, this will save a lot of transit time and can be tracked!

USPS Priority Mail International (normally 5-14 business days)
Use USPS Priority International when shipping to any International address including Canada. Ships to P.O. Boxes or physical street addresses. USPS Priority International to some countries including Canada may carry additional fees.

USPS Global Express (normally 3-6 business days)
Use USPS Global Express when shipping to any International address including Canada. Ships to P.O. Boxes or physical street addresses. USPS Global Express to some countries including Canada may carry additional fees.

FEDEX International (Available upon request) More expensive than USPS Priority International and Global Express but available for orders abroad if required. Please provide a physical street address for your order. (No P.O. Boxes Accepted!)

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

Orders must be received by 6am EST to be processed the same business day. All orders received after 6am EST will process the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

FEDEX does have Saturday Delivery!
Now that we have transitioned to FEDEX, Saturday delivery is now available via FEDEX GROUND Home Delivery and FEDEX PRIORITY OVERNIGHT Services.

Partial Orders
Please note that we do not send out partial orders. If an item you ordered is on back order, we will wait until the item is back in stock and then ship your entire order. If you receive a package and it does not contain all products ordered, you must contact us within 7 business days or your claim may not be processed.

Lost or stolen shipments
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

Received Shipments
If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may deliver to mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel. Upon acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order.

If you wish to have your order shipped to multiple locations, please contact (contact page link) one of our friendly customer service agents via phone. Shipping to multiple locations will incur additional shipping charges.
