Military (APO & FPO) Addresses
HotSauce.com proudly ships to our troops domestic and overseas. To ensure that all Hotsauce.com packages reach your family and friends serving in our Armed Forces, please verify the APO or FPO address using the following examples below:

1. Use your full name and the full name of the recipient. The mail must be addressed to someone specific.
2. Include the unit and APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office) address with the nine-digit ZIP Code™ (if one is assigned), and complete phone number.

• City field: Enter "APO" or "FPO."
   
• State/Province/Region field:
  1. Enter "AE" in the if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East.
  2. Enter "AA" if the recipient is stationed in the Americas.
  3. Enter "AP" if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
   
• Country field: Always select "United States" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

Following these steps will ensure that you're charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or Global Express for International orders. We estimate 5 to 10 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days depending on homeland security, postal miss-routings etc...If you can ship to a USA address via UPS, this will save a lot of transit time and can be tracked!

• Country field: Select the correct place name from the drop-down menu. If the correct place is not listed, choose "United States."
• Zip Code field: Always double check for the correct zip code.

UPS DOMESTIC  - If based in the USA, UPS is available AND PREFERRED - Provide a UPS shippable address for your order. (P.O. Box Address Not Accepted!)

UPS INTERNATIONAL - (Available upon request) Expensive but available for orders abroad if required. Provide a UPS physical street address for your order. (P.O. Box Address Not Accepted!)

Time to receive your order
Unless otherwise mentioned in an items description, items usually ship from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours from the time of placing your order. Your tracking number will be entered into our online UPS Tracking System before every order is shipped. All UPS tracking information is accessible through your member area using the My Account Login.

Real Time UPS Rate Shipping for Continental U.S. Orders
A real time UPS rate will be calculated and applied to your order during your checkout. The UPS Real Time calculator can calculate any shipping rate based on zip code and address. In-Transit times by days can be calculated by the UPS Shipping Zone Map located below.

If the shipping cost is not calculated by the system, we will send you an email to inform you of your costs before charging you so that you may consent to them before proceeding. Additional transit times of 2 to 5 business days may apply to packages sent to remote zone six regions.
