Great tasting sauce, definitely smokey, almost like BBQ, not very much heat though. a great addition to meats and such,.. use for flavor, not for heat.

Chipotle, which is smoked jalapeno, must be expensive because most things with that name on label don't contain enough to taste. This sauce is mostly chipotle peppers and the smoky flavor is dominant. I think that this would be an especially good addition to a barbecue sauce.
