I do carry this on my keychain and find myself cracking it open on occasion at mex restraurants to "liven-up" the salsa. I have used it on eggs and even dashed it on salads for a kick. Not too hot as there are no extracts. Just good, quality dried ingredients. Still hot - use sparingly.
