This is a fine Mexican sauce combining spices and various types of peppers. It works well in any Mexican or Tex-Mex style dish and is especially good for adding flavor to bland grocery-store prepared foods.

Great flavor, wish it had more heat. I mix it with a little extract sauce to kick it up. Great on any Mexican dish.

Good ol' Cholula. A staple. Just a nice, quality, Mexican-style hot sauce. I'm a chili head...this is my ketchup. Great on pizza - anything breakfast.

We stumbled upon this hot sauce by accident at a cafe here in CT..they do amazing gourmet breakfasts/brunch menu... My bf tried it 1st and he loves anything hot/fiery! What surprised me was that he enjoyed this sauce though its on the MEDIUM side...probably b/c of all its flavor..tons of it!!
