The contents are rated at well over 12 million Scoville, with 16 million Scoville capsaicin crystals on top. This sauce is great for any collector. Blair produced 25 with Gold Waxed tops, 25 with Blue Waxed tops, 25 with Platinum Waxed tops, and 24 with White Waxed tops.
