Bought this as the start to my hot sauce collection. Bottle is very cool with the wax and the skull (PITA to get off though). Was expecting it to be painfull based on the Scoville rating, but really it wasn't too bad. It definately has some heat, but not as bad as you would think. The heat dissapates (sp?) in under 5 min. I used it while making some chili this weekend and it definately spices it up without being overbearing. I would recommend this for anyone looking to start a collection or add some decent heat to a recipe. Onto the 3 AM.
