I've tried a few potent extract sauces so far, and this one is arguably the hottest. Don't let the lack of a SHU rating fool you, this stuff is noticeably hotter than Jersey Death, and it has a less overpowering flavor and less extract taste to boot. Not to mention, it actually pours and mixes well. Once you refrigerate most extract sauces, they get very pasty and hard to use. That is not the case with this stuff. This is my favorite extract sauce, and the only one I still use, despite generally disliking these kinds of sauces. It's great for dips.
