this sauce has an excellent taste for cooking, adding to food as a extra kick or just putting small amounts on crackers for snacking. I am not a pepper head and am not looking for "the hottest", just a dude who likes spicey foods. Great taste, just the right amount of heat. Hotter than any shelf brand.

I underestimated this one. I coated pizza with it and it was intense!

This sauce is very tasty, but not hot enough to make someone cry. It's the type of sauce that goes good on everything. Also, as a response to the first reviewer, Habaneros, and Scotch Bonnets are most definitely NOT the same pepper. Scotch Bonnets are fruitier and less hot. Their taste is more pleasing.

To me also, it's not an extreme one. Probably, missed in heat level with another in "Ass in..." series - "Ass in hell". But it's pretty good in taste.
