This sauce is very tasty, but not hot enough to make someone cry. It's the type of sauce that goes good on everything. Also, as a response to the first reviewer, Habaneros, and Scotch Bonnets are most definitely NOT the same pepper. Scotch Bonnets are fruitier and less hot. Their taste is more pleasing.

To me also, it's not an extreme one. Probably, missed in heat level with another in "Ass in..." series - "Ass in hell". But it's pretty good in taste.

I was expecting the regular scorching heat as the heat rating advertised, but it was anything but that. I went through the bottle in a week....The taste is actually pretty good though. It's not likely the scoviles even exceed 30,000 in this product. Not sure why its in the extreme catagory. It should be in the "Very Hot Sauces" catagory.
