It's no trick to make a sauce that's so hot you can't eat it. What makes this sauce so great is that it's very hot, but the heat dissipates quickly - it doesn't keep burning your mouth. I find just that just one drop in a bowl of soup or stew gives it a great spicy flavor that burns just right. My absolute favorite. Also, a drop or two mixed with your favorite ketchup or duck sauce makes them taste great.
