This is a very mild sauce. It is probably has the least amount of heat of all the sauces I have tried. It is however a very delectable sauce. Nice flavor full of garlic. You can actually taste garlic! It is a little sweet and this really goes very well with pizza as the other reviewer has stated. I buy this sauce just for pizza. A nice creamy sauce. If you can't handle a lot of heat and like the taste of garlic then this is the sauce for you. You will not be dissapointed.
